  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 150 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Bell pepper, sliced - 1 medium (about 150 grams)
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 1 small (about 50 grams)
  • Zucchini, thinly sliced - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Spread the basil pesto evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pesto.
