  • 2 Salmon fillets - 200 grams each
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves - 30 grams
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts - 30 grams
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese - 25 grams
  • 1/2 cup olive oil - 120 milliliters
  • 2 cloves garlic - minced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • 1 lemon - juiced

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a food processor, combine the basil leaves, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. While the food processor is running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the pesto reaches a smooth consistency.
