  • Pine nuts - 20 grams
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams (for garnish)
  • Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a food processor, combine fresh basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, pine nuts, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth to create the pesto.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a bowl. Pour the pesto over the chicken and mix well to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
