- 2 chicken breasts - 300 grams
- 1/2 cup basil pesto - 120 grams
- 1/2 cup cream cheese - 120 grams
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese - 60 grams
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese - 25 grams
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil - 15 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, basil pesto, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
