Ingredients

  • Gluten-free pizza crust - 1 large (about 30 cm diameter)
  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 200 grams
  • Basil pesto - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 150 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Spread the basil pesto evenly over the gluten-free pizza crust.
  3. Evenly distribute the shredded chicken over the pesto layer.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
  5. Add the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing and serving.
