- Black pepper - to taste

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of basil pesto evenly on each flatbread.
- Evenly distribute the sliced tomatoes over the pesto on each flatbread.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the tomatoes.
