Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 300 grams, riced
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepperoni slices - 100 grams
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams (sugar-free)
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, 100 grams of mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a round pizza crust about 1 cm thick.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the top.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and add the pepperoni slices on top.
  7. Sprinkle oregano over the top for added flavor.
  8. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
