- Cauliflower - 300 grams, riced
- Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
- Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated
- Egg - 1 large
- Almond flour - 50 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepperoni slices - 100 grams
- Tomato sauce - 100 grams (sugar-free)
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, 100 grams of mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a round pizza crust about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and add the pepperoni slices on top.
- Sprinkle oregano over the top for added flavor.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
