Steps

  1. Begin by finely chopping the bison jerky until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the beef fat over low heat until it becomes liquid.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped bison jerky, dried blueberries, chopped walnuts, sea salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the melted beef fat into the mixture and stir until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  5. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly into the dish, pressing it down firmly.
  6. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or until it solidifies.
