  • Greek yogurt - 1 cup (240g)
  • Almond milk - 1 cup (240ml)
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
  • Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon (15g)
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon (5ml)
  • Ice cubes - 1/2 cup (120ml)

Steps

  1. Peel the frozen banana and break it into chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine the banana, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if necessary.
