  • brown sugar - 30 grams
  • unsalted butter - 40 grams
  • eggs - 1 large

  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • peanut butter - 2 tablespoons
  • mini peanut butter cups - 40 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, mix in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture, stirring until smooth.
