- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Whole wheat burger buns - 2
- Lettuce - 2 leaves
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Pickles - 4 slices
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed black beans, rolled oats, peanut butter, red onion, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
