  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Whole wheat burger buns - 2
  • Lettuce - 2 leaves
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Pickles - 4 slices

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed black beans, rolled oats, peanut butter, red onion, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
