- Peaches - 2 medium, sliced

- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt to form a dough.
- Press the dough into a 20 cm (8-inch) tart pan evenly across the bottom and up the sides. Prick the bottom with a fork.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove and let it cool.
- In another bowl, toss the sliced peaches with honey/agave syrup (if using), cornstarch, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Arrange the peach mixture evenly over the cooled tart crust.
