  • Fresh peaches - 2 medium, peeled and sliced

  • Oats - 50 grams
  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons, melted
  • Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches and raspberries with maple syrup, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Gently toss to coat the fruit evenly.
  3. Transfer the fruit mixture into a small baking dish (about 20cm x 15cm).
