Ingredients

  • Fresh peaches - 4 medium (about 500g)
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon (5ml)
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon (2g)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 60°C (140°F).
  2. Wash, peel, and pit the peaches, then chop them into small pieces.
  3. In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, honey, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the peach puree onto it, spreading it evenly into a thin layer.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and let it dry for about 6-8 hours, or until the leather is firm and no longer sticky.
  6. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Cut into strips or desired shapes.
  7. Store the peach leather in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
