Ingredients

  • Pork ribs - 500 grams
  • Fresh peaches - 2 medium, pitted and diced
  • Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 180°C/350°F).
  2. In a saucepan, combine diced peaches, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes until the peaches soften and the sauce thickens slightly.
  3. While the sauce is cooking, rub the pork ribs with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  5. In the last 15 minutes of grilling, brush the peach glaze generously over the ribs, allowing it to caramelize slightly.
  6. Remove the ribs from the grill, let them rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice and serve with extra glaze on the side.
