- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 180°C/350°F).

- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- In the last 15 minutes of grilling, brush the peach glaze generously over the ribs, allowing it to caramelize slightly.
- Remove the ribs from the grill, let them rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice and serve with extra glaze on the side.
