- Paprika - 1 teaspoon (5g)
- Salt - 1 teaspoon (5g)
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon (2g)
- Stevia or erythritol - 1 tablespoon (15g)
- Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon (5g, chopped)
Steps
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Coat the pork chops with the marinade and let them sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- While the pork is marinating, prepare the peach glaze by combining diced peaches, stevia or erythritol, and fresh thyme in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook the peach mixture for about 5-7 minutes until the peaches soften and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Grill or pan-sear the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F).
- Remove the pork chops from the heat and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
