- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce (halal)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 g) black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 g) salt
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Steps
- Preheat your grill or a stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the peach preserves, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes or until heated through and well combined.
