  • Fresh peaches - 2 medium, sliced
  • Almonds - 20 grams, sliced
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coconut sugar - 10 grams (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until a crumbly dough forms.
  3. Press the dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a small tart pan (about 15 cm in diameter). Prick the bottom with a fork.
