- Heavy cream - 100 milliliters

- Mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries) - 150 grams
- Mint leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 120 degrees Celsius (250 degrees Fahrenheit) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a clean, dry bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the granulated sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while continuing to beat on high speed until the meringue is glossy and stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the cornstarch and white vinegar using a spatula until just combined.
- Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking tray, shaping it into a circle with a slight well in the center.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes until the meringue is dry and can be easily lifted from the parchment paper. Turn off the oven and let it cool completely inside for about 30 minutes.
- While the meringue cools, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Once the meringue is cool, carefully place it on a serving plate, fill the center with whipped cream, and top with mixed fresh fruits.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
