Ingredients
- Pastrami - 200 grams
- Mini slider buns - 4 pieces
- Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Sliced kosher dill pickles - 4 slices
- Swiss cheese - 2 slices
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of each mini slider bun.
- Layer pastrami evenly on the bottom half of each bun, then place a slice of Swiss cheese on top.
- Add a slice of kosher dill pickle on each slider.
- Top each slider with the other half of the bun.
- Melt butter in the preheated skillet, then place the sliders in the skillet.
- Cook the sliders for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the buns are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, slice each slider in half, and serve warm.
