Ingredients

  • Pastrami - 200 grams
  • Mini slider buns - 4 pieces
  • Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • Sliced kosher dill pickles - 4 slices
  • Swiss cheese - 2 slices
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of each mini slider bun.
  3. Layer pastrami evenly on the bottom half of each bun, then place a slice of Swiss cheese on top.
  4. Add a slice of kosher dill pickle on each slider.
  5. Top each slider with the other half of the bun.
  6. Melt butter in the preheated skillet, then place the sliders in the skillet.
  7. Cook the sliders for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the buns are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the skillet, slice each slider in half, and serve warm.
