- Almond flour - 1 cup
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
- Cream cheese - 2 oz
- Egg - 1 large
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Sliced pastrami - 150 g
- Sliced dill pickles - 100 g
- Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a 10-inch circle.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until it is golden and firm.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread Dijon mustard evenly over the top.
- Layer the sliced pastrami over the mustard, followed by the dill pickles.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the pastrami and pickles.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
