- Vodka - 60 ml
- Heavy cream - 100 ml

Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped shallots and sauté until they are soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
