  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
  • Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (grated, optional) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
