- Heavy cream - 120 ml
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams (optional)
Steps
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the drained tuna to the skillet, breaking it up gently with a fork. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy tuna sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
