  • Sweet corn (canned or frozen) - 150 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 100 grams
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
  4. Stir in the drained tuna and sweet corn, mixing well, and cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
