Ingredients

  • Teriyaki sauce - 60 ml

  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, sliced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables.
  6. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the pasta and vegetables, tossing to combine and heat through for another 2 minutes.
