- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the pasta and vegetables, tossing to combine and heat through for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
