- Heavy cream - 100 ml
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and sausage to the skillet. Cook until the sausage is browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
