  • Kosher sausage (chicken or turkey) - 200 grams, casings removed
  • Heavy cream - 100 ml
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sausage to the skillet. Cook until the sausage is browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
