Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
- Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.
- While the pasta is cooking, prepare the salsa verde by combining the parsley, basil, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a food processor.
