- Fresh dill (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
- Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 100 grams
Steps
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the salmon fillet to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove the salmon from the skillet and flake it into bite-sized pieces.
- In the same skillet, add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Return the flaked salmon to the skillet and add the cooked pasta, chopped dill, lemon juice, and a splash of pasta cooking water if needed. Toss everything together gently to combine and heat through.
- Serve the pasta warm, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and additional dill if desired.
