- Pine nuts - 2 tablespoons
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
- Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
- Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- In a food processor, combine the basil leaves, pine nuts, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Pulse until finely chopped.
