- Salt - 1 teaspoon

- Canned crushed tomatoes - 400 grams
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter, and set them aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the canned crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, dried basil, and sugar. Stir to combine and bring the sauce to a simmer.

- Meanwhile, cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
