Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped shallot, sautéing until fragrant and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they soften.
- Stir in the chopped lobster meat, parsley, and basil. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to warm the lobster through.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, along with lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a light sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
