- Linguine pasta - 200 grams
- Lobster meat - 200 grams, cooked and chopped

- Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the cooked lobster meat to the skillet and stir gently to combine with the garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Once the pasta is cooked, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the lobster and garlic.
- Toss the pasta with the lobster mixture, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a light sauce.
- Add lemon juice, red pepper flakes, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together to combine well.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
