Ingredients

  • Linguine pasta - 200 grams
  • Lobster meat - 200 grams, cooked and chopped
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Add the cooked lobster meat to the skillet and stir gently to combine with the garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the lobster and garlic.
  5. Toss the pasta with the lobster mixture, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a light sauce.
  6. Add lemon juice, red pepper flakes, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together to combine well.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
