- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes.
- While the pasta is cooking, prepare the Greek dressing by whisking together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, chopped red onion, and sliced Kalamata olives.
