- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated (optional)
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned.
- Once the pasta is cooked, reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta.
