Steps

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season the duck breast with salt and black pepper, then place it skin-side down in the skillet.

  6. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  7. Stir in the soy sauce and honey, mixing well. If the mixture is too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water to loosen it up.
  8. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the onion mixture, ensuring the pasta is well coated.
  9. Slice the duck breast and arrange it on top of the pasta. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
