- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Parmesan cheese (grated, optional) - 30 grams
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

- If the pasta seems dry, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
