  • Seitan (sliced) - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
  • Onion (diced) - 1 medium
  • Bell pepper (sliced) - 1 medium
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 150 grams
  • Vegetable broth - 200 ml
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh basil (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams (optional)

Steps

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and no longer pink in the center, about 5-7 minutes.
