- Boneless chicken breast - 200 grams, diced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 small, chopped
- Bell pepper (red or green) - 1/2, diced
- Chicken broth - 250 ml
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil for the pasta. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
