Steps
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water, then combine it with vegetable broth in a small pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes until cooked. Fluff with a fork.
