  • Chicken broth (low sodium) - 120 milliliters
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
