- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken broth - 120 milliliters
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
