  • Boneless Chicken Breast - 300 grams
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Heavy Cream - 1 cup
  • Parmesan Cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper, then add it to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing it in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
  7. Slice the cooked chicken and place it on top of the pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
