Ingredients

  • Pasta (spaghetti or fusilli) - 150 grams
  • Caesar dressing - 60 ml
  • Parmesan cheese (shredded) - 30 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 100 grams
  • Romaine lettuce (chopped) - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they soften slightly.
  4. Once the pasta is done, drain it and add it to the skillet with the tomatoes and garlic; toss to combine.
