  • Vegetable broth - 200 milliliters
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Grated cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese (for garnish) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. In the last 3 minutes of cooking the pasta, add the broccoli florets to the pot. Drain the pasta and broccoli together, then return them to the pot.
