- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese (optional) - 2 tablespoons, grated
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- While the pasta is cooking, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
