- Carrot (diced) - 1 medium (about 70 grams)
- Celery (diced) - 1 stalk (about 50 grams)
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 1/4 cup (25 grams)

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, carrot, and celery, cooking until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
