  • Vegetable broth - 1 cup (240 ml)
  • Onion (chopped) - 1 small (about 100 grams)
  • Carrot (diced) - 1 medium (about 70 grams)
  • Celery (diced) - 1 stalk (about 50 grams)
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 1/4 cup (25 grams)
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 1/2 cup (60 grams)
  • Fresh basil (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
