- Scallops - 300 grams

Steps
- Pat the scallops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the scallops to the skillet, making sure they are not crowded. Sear for about 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown.
