- cinnamon - 1 teaspoon (2g)
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon (5ml)
- salt - 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g)
- chopped walnuts - 1/4 cup (30g) (optional)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the eggs, honey, vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
- If using, fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
