- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 200g (halved)
- Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a marinade.
- Place the trout fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
